I booked my ticket for 4 seats when 3 seats where available. I got 3 tickets confirmed but the 4th ticket went into WL but it should've been WL/1 whereas it is showing PQWL/14 which is ridiculous. Please address this as it has happened for the first time

three seats have been allotted to you under general quota. by that time pqwl was already running at pqwl 13 and 3 seats were vacant under gnwl. hence u got 3 cnfrm and pqwl14. but dont worry, it will confirm...
Chengaplattu - LTT is in PQWL, So In between AVBL Seats have Got u Confirmed Seats. Wheras Rest Had Stood to PQWL.
just see this. one seat was vacant under ladies quota hence confirmed. rest falls under remote quota hence as per serial no. of rlgn
