Could you elaborate what kind of facilities are required for loco reversal?
Aslam bhai, Locos are getting reversed at Gulbarga I have seen few passengers trains locos getting reversed... please do not comment if one do not know full details....
I don't think reversal req any facilities as such.. Simple station with loop line can also do reversal.
We are not talking about crew change, it's just loco reversal!!
