By giving grievances on PG portal will railway take any action or will they change anything ? if NO, then how can i send the complaint to railway authorities or railway board directly ? just asking because i don't want to waste my time by giving grievances on portal. please share your experience.

but if i want to complaint about timings then to whom should i complaint ?
i was just asking not decided yet to complaint i have read here replies in portal and replies are almost same " all things are decided by Railway board" and i want to know who gives replies in PG portal Ministry of railways or Railway board ?
it dependents on complaints can be coaching staff,commerical officer,etc of respective zone
then how to contact railway board to give suggestion or complaints ?
