what is meaning of 2 nd AC RAC in 2903. What facilities i will get.
2 AC RAC facilities - only free bedroll set. all else are chargeable like tea, snacks, food etc. no extra facilities.
RAC means you can travel in train and berth will be allotted against - RAC (Reservation Against Cancellation) meaning if any passenger in 2AC cancels his berth, your number will be moved according to seniority.
You can travel in the train.
