In new next gen ticket booking system there is a option before booking that
"Book only if confirm berths are allotted" which I have ticked when I submitted, 60 seats were Avlbl but within one single min during that Payment Processing it came out ckwl/22 . later on I cancelled it.
i.e. there is no use of that facility even though you exercised it. to avoid unnecessary tatkal tickets and dig for cancellation charges.
