The TTE had found three passengers unconscious in Mangala Express. He got them admitted to a local hospital at Chiplun for medical treatment and saved their lives.
This is total contrast to another incident in delhi-Mumbai Rajdhani Express where a passenger wanted help and found the train superintendent was intoxicated.
