It will take time as ER is going slow on procurement of LHB Rakes for it's trains from RCF, Kapurthala and Rae Bareli. I am surprised to see that IR is not axing any redundant halts from TTs of reputed trains like Kalka Mail and Himgiri Express. Passengers will go crazy out of happiness once HWH-KLK Mail and BCT-ASR/KLK Paschim Express go LHB as travel will become more comfortable ;-D
