Why isn't WR remove all the old retrofitted rakes.. they are so bad.. recently most of the accidents were also caused due to their poor maintanence. they have served their period already. The new Siemens bombardier rakes are far more better... their speed is also very good. The old locals are no match to the new ones...
The old replaceable stuff debate goes on.

Let WR get complete branded sets from Siemens/Bombardier, and then these so called OLD retrofitted rakes can either go to grave or else museum if DUMB IR concentrates on them.
