They will never promote this DUI PTA UMB for 120 kph until & unless 2-3 premium run in this section.. which wil never happen
If Shatabdi is made to run run in this section also it has to run 90 or 110 kph.... aakele ek shtbdi ke liye kabhi koi division speed approval nahi karta...
But I think PTA UMB is 110 kph fit..

Bas work start ho jaye fir koi tension nahi 1-1.5 saal tak complete kar denge
Hopefully , Once it starts, I am sure it'll be done before Dec 2016.
They'll have to increase the MPS for freight after DFC comes up.
