This train runs four days from VSG to HWH and three days from UBL to BZA. In the first case it bypasses VSKP. Instead, the railways can modify to run this train in the following way:
M, W, F, Sa: VSG-HWH (bypass VSKP)
Tu, Th, Su: UBL-VSKP
M, W, F, Sa: VSG-HWH (bypass VSKP)
Tu, Th, Su: UBL-VSKP

Actually some people were confused by your statement.

8047/48 is different train.

there is huge demand for this train from VSKP.
its foolish thing to judge that this train doesnt have demand from Vizag as it didnt run from VSKP how did u come to know.
N another thing u see the availability from DUVVADA then u will find wat is the demand
