no sir,, HCPV is attached but also it remains 23 coacher.. I hav seen very rarely been 24 coacher, that too when Inspection car is attached at rare end
Oh....may be they reduced HCPV vans
When i was staying at UBL 2 years back it will have 1Ref van,3HCPV and 5GEN coaches for 8047 apart from 8SL and 2 AC coaches and 4 Slip coaches

yaa, U can hardly find 1 or max 2 HCPV(occasionally),,, in the beginning this train was attached with many HCPVs
Even now, this train doesn't reach SC before 12.15 hrs!! so can't be Speeded up. S.C.R may not agree
but if they study the issue, they can.. it doesn't hav tight TT.. its very flexible enough
