Its because of Monsoon TT. Dhekte hai Diwali/Christmas me agar announce karenge toh Speed aur Travel time kitna hoga

SF trains maintain 53 in this section on an average.
This being a Premium should have had average speed of 55 atleast..
For normal Exp this speed is perfect but not for Premium trains..
