Shiv Ganga doing MPS thru a Jn - on every RailFan's bucket list

Recent news are there regarding the service and rake condition of 12245/12246Howrah-Yesvantpur Duronto Express in the Bengali Newspapers of Kolkata. Some days before the AC of A1 Coach(AC 2 tier) of 12246Yesvantpur -Howrah Duronto Express was not functioning and there was "No Water Supply" in the lavatories of the said coach resulting in "A nightmare to the passengers travelling in the said coach". But the officials of South Eastern Railway neither paid any heed to the sufferings undertaken by the commuters nor take any measure to mitigate the problems of the commuters travelling in this train.
Moreover all the 3 set of Hybrid LHB Rake kept for this train are in a very "Deplorable Condition"and has no difference...

with an Old battered ICF Rake(Previously Provided for this train).All the 3 rakes of this train are not properly maintained by the cleaning staff as well as the other maintenance staff of SERLY, though it is one of the important South Bound Duronto from Howrah carrying a large chunk of passenger.
The other two major West Bound Duronto i.e 12262/12261 HWH MUMBAI DURONTO & 12222/12221 HWH PUNE DURONTO of this Zone has also the same condition.
Moreover I also want to reiterate that SER should give absolute priority to the maintenance of the aforesaid 3 "Duronto Trains"(The maintenance of which are currently "NEGLECTED AT AN ALARMING LEVEL") which has the base at HWH and it should convert the rake of 12245/12246Howrah-Yesvantpur Duronto Express to the rake which is provided for 12303/12304 POORVA EXP.

It can provide "FULL AC PURE LHB RAKE WITH TWO EOG" for 12245/12246Howrah-Yesvantpur Duronto Express like 12262/12261 HWH MUMBAI DURONTO & 12222/12221 HWH PUNE DURONTO EXP.
In the light of my above statement I strongly feel that Indian Railways should take proper measure of total maintenance and strong vigilance to ensure "Complete Maintenance' of it's "146 Premium Trains"to give optimum level of comfort to the travellers travelling in all classes of these trains. Out of which there are
1 44 Rajdhani Trains
2 54 Duronto Trains
3 48 Shatabdi Trains
After maintaining all the "146 Premium Trains" plying currently allover in INDIA properly in all respect, IR should think about the decision of adding any new feather in this category.(If Possible) or materialize the fantasy of running "Bullet Train".
