Patna witnessed heavy rainfall in past few days ..And due to waterlogging At PNBE,RRI failed along with signal problems making life hell for each and every train passing/terminating/originating from PNBE/RJPB/DNR for 2 consecutive days..Trains were stranded for 10+ hrs around Patna..
