PS: Work of ROB is 50% complete and hopefully by year end this UP & DOWN merging will be eliminated.
It seems that Doubling and Electrification are almost complete between JRC and JAT :-)
Couple of Bridges left for doubling.
One is this ROB after SMBX and other over river Ravi after Madhopur.
Interesting fact is below ROB after SMBX towards JAT NH1 also merges in up & down direction (from 4 lanes to 2 lanes) which will also be doubled after completion of ROB Structure.
