Travelled by Jnaneshwari Express from Howrah to Mumbai; reached today morning. The journey in 3AC was horrible, with cockroaches all over and rats making merry. I have used this train many times, never expected this to happen. Ostensibly, maintenance of the coaches has gone to the dogs.

Very unfortunate Apu. Governments & Railway Ministers may come and go but this sordid state of affairs goes on for ever.
