Agree that GR had the advantage of falling under Mumbai - Chennai main line but it was nullified by SUR's attitude towards GR. No single express train starting from GR. While UBL always had the advantage by being division under SCR and then Zonal HQ of SWR from more than a decade. In terms of cities, UBL is always far ahead than GR. But has UBL proposed to run a train from SBC to GR which would have been maintained by SBC?? Not at all. While it started all loss making UBL-KCVL, UBL-MAS, UBL-LTT trains (Irrespective of slots, as of today they are flop), it didn't show interest in any other part of Karnataka. While it has doubled TK - SBC line, still YNK-YPR and YNK-SBC are single lines. This shows the real face of UBL.
