These apps give 126 as spurious data which last for only 1 or 2 sec
This occurs when gps signal varies
Railfans have habit of posting this to make their picture hit, this is nothing new
We have seen railfans accelerating videos in past to get more views.

Gps error hota hai in apps mein.
Jab bhi gps signal vary hota hai to ye app aise overspeed ya low speed batate hai...
Ab Obviously low speed ka screenshot to koi bhi rf nahi dalega na ....

I have never used this so called speed apps neither the calculation system too.
No crew will b stupid enough to endanger its own job.
And regarding that controversy, it has come under control.

Raam Sir... even I suspect that my 12357 Durgiana Express did a 115-120 Kmph MPS between DOS and MGS although I don't have a speedometer to prove my point. The way my 2nd AC Coach was vibrating didn't let me feel that the MPS could be 110 Kmph. I think that Dehri-Mughalsarai and Saharanpur-Ambala Cantt Sections have 125 Kmph capable tracks for perfect ICF High Speed Train Runs :-)
