Me too, Is there any news or TT info for Howrah - Katra Premium Express available till date?
No latest update on this train... Interim budget speech 2014 says that it will run via Varanasi - Lucknow - Saharanpur. It will be a mixture of Sleeper and AC Coaches and no General Coaches as only Online Booking is allowed that too with no refund on ticket cancellation. It will be a weekly train from Howrah and should run via Dhanbad rather than Patna and further via Sultanpur instead of Rae-Bareli so that it gets a single electric loco from Howrah to Jammu or Ludhiana... it should also consist of a Pantry as food charge will be covered in ticket fare... I have speculated on the stoppages of this train with a few IRI Members and it seems that it may take a total time of around 35-40 Hours to reach Katra from Howrah provided it runs via Dhanbad - Sultanpur - Saharanpur with "limited" stoppages en route :-)
