dont think this will skip ALD because premium train needs passengers from larger cities who can afford to pay the higher fares. On its route Mughalsarai (Varanasi), Allahabad, Kanpur, Agra (tourists) and Jaipur fit the bill in my opinion.
Actually a document was shared on IRI that stated the Official Commercial Stoppages of SDAH-JU Premium Train from NCR which are MGS, CNB & AF only :-)
fir mere 5 mein 3 teer nishane pe hain. 60% to first division hota hai :)
