I have a e-ticket from BGM to TPTY. At the time of booking I did not give option. But is there any possibility I can now give the option - Boarding at UBL?

Yes just carry your E-ticket & ID Proof give a written requisition for change of BP you can get it done..
yes, PRS will happily do it even in case of E-Ticket. just carry the print out of E-Ticket, ID proofs in original and a letter of request for change in boarding point.
