CRS.....DGCA se bahar nikaalna padega....bahut bhaav kha rahe babu log...
Wha hybrid LHB and non ac coaches ka locha hai..AC has pure LHB rake and is completely Air Conditioned..Hybrid LHB mein aaj bhi confusion hota hai..kisi coach pe MPS 110 hota hai toh kisi pe 120..Hopefully,AC ki MPS next run se increased ho jaaye as its a very important train of that route..
Yes Full AC train hone ka Benefit hai
SK Ka articles wale 130 bata rahe hai but CRS ka Law 115-120 Ka permission de raha hai Due to Noise and Dust issue

Issue is that any train of "SF" category running above 110 needs CRS clearance
You see BCT-NDLS Premium Spl & PUNE-NZM Premium Spl both the trains had 130 MPS TT but Pune Premium never went above 110 and got terribly late in every tun while BCT Premium was categorised as Rajdhani and ran at 130 everytime, Ajeeb rule hai naa :O :D
And irony is that AC's spare coaches were seen in BCT Premium doing 130... :P
