How can i book tatkal tickets from new nextgeneration website from irctc ?

You will see it once you click on 'get trains'. You can choose between general, ladies and tatkal quotas before clicking on availability
Enter your pair of stations and submit then on top of trains listed you will find select quota such as general / Ladies /Tatkal..You can opt tatkal and start booking.
