No one said but LGD fans were expecting it but now the shed is focussing on wap7 only.
LGD has rejected quite long time back due many operational constraints. that's why WAP-7's took over.
LGD was the first shed after GZB to b contacted for WAP-5's, then came BRC.

sab WAP4 / WAP7 jyadatar lallaguda aur royapuram loco shed ko hi milrahe hai. baaki ke loco sheds ko bhoolgaye rb ke log. aisa lagta hai ke kalyan ko bhi WAP4 / WAP7 nahi milega
LGD SHED People are very much happy to accept WAP-7 rather than WAP-5's..
Finally after a long tym New LGD WAP-4 & WAP-7's..:D Needed one for LGD...(y)
