I hope all pilgrims will agree that there are not enough trains from Varanasi to Chennai. Available optionS:
(1) Weekly Varanasi-Rameswaram exp at convenient timings- 21:15 hours.
(2) Bi-weekly Coming from Chhapra at very inconvenient timings- 01:25 hours.
In comparison, there are many trains daily from Varanasi to Delhi, Mumbai, Howrah, etc., at

very convenient timings.
Pilgrims from Tamilnadu also need atleast one daily train originating from Varanasi at convenient timings. Alternatively, 14260 Varanasi-Rameswaram exp should be made a daily train. The bi-weekly Chhapra train can be extended upto Muzaffarpur.

Your suggestion is the best. My idea was they should make Rameswaran train a daily one, then Ganga Kaveri may be extended if needed. Best solution will be to terminate Ganga Kaveri at Varanasi itself and make it a a daily train. You are the only person who replied, thank you.
