Grievance Description : If IR want to reduce their Operation cost Please stop wasting their Diesel due to poor management - As per my knowlege 400 ltr Diesel wasted for 100 KMs it means for 774 KM (BSB-NDLS) Fuel Consumption would be 3096 Ltrs (Aprx Rs. 1,23,840)per trip. We can easily save this with effective management. If Loco Reversal take 30 mnts, Electric loco can easily cover that delay in route. IR can save cost of fuel in several route like (1) Train- 12392(Shramjeevi SF Express) = 935 KM (MB-RGD) Save fuel -3740 (Aprx Rs.1,49,600) Ltrs per trip, Actually it has not get WAP due to 142 KM (MB-GZB) is still non electrified route. (2) Kolkata Durgiana SF Express (12358) - MB-Kolkata = 1304 KM save diesel with Electric Loco around 5216 Ltrs (Aprx Rs. 2,08,640) per Trip. IF we can closely identify so many train run with Diesel Loco in Electric Rute. Please look int that take corrective effect, save Fuel cost with the help of effective management it can also reduce our Forex outflow for buying Diesel. Thanks Best Regards,
