Why no one is interested in Imaginary train in Mumbai - Bangalore route?

LTT - 0900; PUNE 1230; MRJ 1730; UBL 2230; YPR 0545.
Return trip YPR 0900; UBL 1615; MRJ 2115; PUNE 0215; LTT 0545.

logic goes like this : LTT-UBL is proposed already to start at 0900 as a daily train. So slot is available at LTT-Pune stretch. From Pune, in 10 hours, SF can reach UBL (follows KSK) and from there, it can overtake KSK or KSK can be speeded up to reach at 0545 and this SF can reach by 0620 (KSK timings).
Return trip : Slot available from YPR to UBL. From UBL, NZM Slot upto MRJ and speeded up to reach LTT by early morning.

the line between GY and YNK is saturarted if this is doubled all the problems would be sovled i don't understand why railways is not keen in doubling this stretch
