Hello Members,
Quick question about TDR Process. I had filed 3 TDRs through IRCTC for 13006/Punjab Mail on 18th August(Travel Date - 17th August) as the train was delayed for more than 10 hours. However, it's been more than 20 days since and the status of the TDR still says "CR Registered". I am going to drop an email to the id mentioned on the site, however any idea of how much time the process will take to complete. Does it usually take this long?

Yes it does take a long time. I have heard that it takes even 3-4 months.
