Every train in Hotgi-Gadag section has very low average speed, dont know why.
Now this train will share timings with the to-be introduced LTT-UBL weekly exp via Solapur(but this train arrives UBL a bit early by 17:30)

i agree on that but probably NWR does not have any slots in morning to accomadate this train and moreover i guess if its supposed to reach YPR by morning 5 or 6am,timings will clash with Sampark kranti express, chenamma express which all would be running on Sat.
So probably that might be the reason they made it early dep from BME and early arrival at YPR.

even if its +12hrs timings, that would not be an issue.. main point is the speed.. express trains can easily cover the journey from ADI-YPR by 30hrs.. and being a fully AC train, should have given a bit more priority.. donno why its take 37hrs to reach ADI-YPR.. :(

i agree.Probably you can give a feedback for the same to the concerned authorities. I guess it might not serve the purpose, but still we can do the best from our end.
