ya give it 5 mins...bza is big junction agree but so is itarsi trains skip ET..., now a reply will come u cant compare bza with ET , BZA 20 mins is outrageous for no specific reason...ngp is much bigger city and equally big junction..hardly any train stops 20 mins there until train is reversing..
