'Suspension of 1.50L e-ticket agents to result in heavy loss'
The on-line railway ticket booking business will lose Rs. 300 crore per month and hardship for travellers will increase following the recent decision of the railway to suspend 1.50 lakh authorised e-ticketing agents, according to agents.
Effective March 1, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC), through a simple notification, barred nearly 1.50 lakh authorised e-ticketing agents from operating, citing misuse of Tatkal facility as well as creation of multiple user IDs on IRCTC website.

वैली सोफ्ट का सॉफ्टवेर ५ टिकट निकाले या २५ फर्क कुछ नहीं पड़ता . फर्क इस बात का है की क्या IRCTC की मिलीभगत के बिना जो इमेज खोलने से भी नहीं खुलती वह इस सॉफ्टवेर में बिना किसी इमेज के सीधा पेमेंट गेटवे तक पहुच जाता है जबकि आम व्यक्ति अगर ८.०० बजे लोगिन करे तो पहले तो सर्विस ही उपलब्ध नहीं होती अगर किस्मत अच्छी हुई तो लोगिन हो भी जाए लेकिन यह संभव नहीं की आपकी टिकट १० मिनट से पहले बन सके और तब तक तो सारी कहानी का अंत हो जाता है. यह सब इस त्यौहार के सीजन में PRS दलालों की सोची समझी साज़िश का ही नतीजा है की आज सभी IRCTC एजेंट फाके कर रहे है और यह दलाल अपनी पहले से बनायीं हुई टिकटों को ऊँची कीमत पर बेच कर मुनाफा कमा रहे हैं. अगर आज यह कहा जाए की आम आदमी को...
