i am very happy to hear that now agent can not book tatkal tickets in in very first hour from 8am to 9am.
hope in next few years all the dalal will cutted off. only people can cutt off dalal .no government ,its a people job
there r some few trains where there is always wl and after ban still there is wl till 805 am
