keeping out agent in a very first hour from tatkal ticket will definitel help other people as agents are biggest hurdles in getting tatkal tickets. it is the duty and the responsibilty of every individual that they should rely on themselves for any type of ticket whether it is tatkal or general ticket. good step from government. more and more strict action should be taken on agent. i am not very surprise to see in next 5 to 10 years that there would be no sign of ticket agents. goverment has opened so many new format to book the rail ticket then why agent should be involved?

Bhai saab mai apnay girah baan me jhaank ke dekh chuka hoon ki mainay aajtak wait list tak me safar nahi keeya. Uss case me mainay passenger train me travel keeya ya fir general ke dibbay me issi karan ki meri wajah se kissi confirmed ticket holder ko pareshaani na ho.
Baaki rahi boomerang ki kahaani bhai sahab zarah theek se research kar leejeeyay it is not backward class that uses such instruments it is a tribe. and Tribes are not all backward as per any thumb rule.

बिलकुल सही कहा आपने महोदय. जिन लोगो को सिर्फ इस बात का वेतन मिलता है की आप आम जनता को सही जानकारी दे वो अपनी महीने की बंधी हुई रकम मिलने के कारण ना सिर्फ मजे में है बल्कि अपनी जवाबदेही से मुक्त हैं . अभी कल ही मैं अपने स्टेशन के रिजर्वेशन काउंटर पर गया था . पूछताछ काउंटर पर बैठे बाबु को किसी भी गाडी के बारे में बताने का कोई मन ही नहीं था. अगर मैंने चार गाड़ियों की स्तिथि जाननी चाही तो जवाब ये मिला की कोई जगह नहीं है बिना कंप्यूटर पर छानबीन किये .एक दुसरे यात्री ने जब यह जानना चाहा की उसकी गाडी मुजफ्फरपुर स्टेशन पर आती है अथवा नहीं तो उसने उस यात्री को कोई भी जानकारी देने से साफ़ इनकार कर दिया. और कहा की जा कर स्टेशन पूछताछ पर पता करो. जबकि यह छोटी सी जानकारी एक आम रेल कर्मी को...
