One Question:
Kodaikanal is one of the major thronged hill stations in Tamil Nadu. Especially during Peak Seasons, the foot falls are enormous...
So why doesn't IR consider building a toy train (NG) Rail line between Madurai / Kodai Road and Kodaikanal....
