Better VSKP can be built again, in order to stop unnecessary Rake Reversal

question should be new terminal or alternate stn etc for vskp
yes can be built
1)new stn name should visakhapatnam city jtn 5-8 pf new trains long distance passing & some present bi/weeklies can take that route avoiding loco reversal .
2)present stn should be named as visakhapatnam central orignating trains can start from present stn

yes and some pit lines can be given. new station VSKP city can be given the same platforms (8)
new stn is mainly floating stn can also act as terminal stn for rayagada/hwh bound orginating trains 5-6 pf enough at the moment,
present stn should be 8-10 pf
