they can run a Jan Shat with reverse timings to that of present Shatabdi using AC CC Coaches of Yuva and adding some CC coaches

AC Exp TT change will be possible when the RSA is not done with YUVA.let the YUVA have an ICF AC Coaches and be run with the Overnight AC Express in the weekends to NJP and back.The whole rake comprising AC CC can be used to launch a HWH/SDAH-NJP-HWH/SDAH Jan/Shatabdi Exp(via AZ).

I dont think so. Yuva takes the rakes on Sat,Sun,Mon and NJP AC takes the rakes on Tue,Wed,Thu. So There are 24 hrs on Fri and12 Hrs on Mon. 36 hours this rake sits fully Idle at liluah yard. These 36 hours could be used to shift the actual TT of NJP AC exp to a better one and without compromising with the TT of Yuva.
