Kindly note that IRCTC services are not available at this moment. IRCTC has stopped the services of most of agents due to duplicate login issue. The problem is being sorted out and we hope that it will be resolved soon, Kindly wait till our next communication. Understand that IRCTC is trying to filter good agents from the bad one and they are thinking is very time consuming. Hard to believe. In this modern era it is not at all difficult (may be there will be some other reason)Whoever is the master brain of the software used for blocking talkal and whoever used without any hesitation..pls try and help IRCTC to have a software to filter this too.
