Dear Sir,
Past 25 years using railway service and including our PM all are talking about India's development but the main undeveloped segment is railways. The compartments are very bad and no maintenance. How you will improve to international standard???

Dear Sir,
While I will try my level best to meet your expectations regarding the main undeveloped segment of India, it is a harsh reality that my abilities to do so are largely limited by the fact that I, or any of fellow members of this forum, am not employed by the railways and/or am not in a position to influence such matters beyond raising our voice in protest just like you.
