I have booked a ticket PNR 815-3599393 from Manmad jn. to Hatia jn for DOJ: 20-03-2011 on Hatia-Lokmanyatilak express( train no.12811) . But Due to some unaviodable circumstances, I have to board it from Kalyan jn. which is two stops prior to Manmad junction.
Is there some provision whereby I can extend the same ticket for Kalyan to Hatia? If not, can I board the train from Kalyan without having any trouble?

Take a unreserved general class ticket and ask TTE to allot the same berth which you have booked from Manmad by paying the difference in fare. I think it would be emoty till Manmad.
