This afternoon a new Phenol Kampani Vendor has approached Ministry of Railways to take the responsibility of cleaning popular trains along with his assiting staff at a nominal price with the new videshi phenol. Ministry has given a green to the Phenol kampani Vendor.

iska matlab SK ki dhulayi ab ye Phenol Kampini Vendor karenge....
dirt will not be tolerated according to our PM satement in bangalore.....So this "Phenol Kampani Vendor" was taken to task for not cleaning properly
