Ir should build y-leg for sbg loop towards jhajha inorder to skip loco reversal for trains coming from bgp/jmp towards hwh/south india/ranchi.atleast it will save around 30 minutes.they are constructing similar y-leg regarding upcoming Munger rail cum road bridge on both ends of ganga bridge.in future a lot of trains is going to run on this section once mega munger ganga bridge is completed.

There are very less trains going to kiul for reversal. I don't think railways will do that.

at present there are only two trains anga exp and bgp-rnc exp which are having loco reversal at kiul.my point was after completion of munger ganga bridge in june 2015 trains like shc-rnc,hate bazzar may be rerouted beside introduction of new trains from bgp towards south.in next 4-7 years no of trains will increase many fold.
