Seen in video is first run of 1 hour late 09421/Ahmedabad - Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Premium Special hauled by Vatva [VTA] WDM-3D #14161 at Khodiyar - WR. Western Railways announced two premium special upto Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, one from ADI and another from BDTS. There cannot be perfect time other than "NAVRATRI" to start this train which will take pilgrims to Mata Vaishno Devi. Jor Se Bolo...Jai Mata Di...Saare Bolo...Jai Mata Di...!!!
