the literacy rate of Gumia, Bermo, Bokaro thermal, Phusro is very good. further this area brings lot of revenue for IR, but still the situation is quite pathetic.
there should be daily atleast two MEMU between Dhanbad and Gumia, one MEMU between Asansol and Gumia. and one morning intercity from Barkakana to Howrah.
yes you are right..........This area immediately needs attention from the railways.......I have seen people waiting long hours at this station to catch connecting trains to gomoh, chandrapura, dhanbad etc
A train from Dhanbad to Barkakana in the morning will help a lot for daily passengers...
Yes a MEMU from both side in morning hours will help immensely, and both MEMU returning in evening time.
