Understand one thing this SC-SBC route is already choking with regular trains and are experiencing delays so that also needs to seen from where they can run specials on pretty much single & un-electrified route and no point in giving a slow TT which may not be useful to public where they shall opt for buses and move on.
Agree, atleast one day time Jansadharan was much useful between sc-sbc.. I don't think slots are busy in the morning..
At least they can try specials in the doubling route mas-gtl..
For example take ms-tpj section which is single route but still SR is putting specials in that route
