If you have chain access you can :- by clicking Add an Imaginary train option in trains drop down list box
If you don't have chain access you can ask permission from moderator, after he enables it, you can create a chain as well as IMG train

Unneccsary copying of 1st line, he clearly states that he doesn't have that option, SO 2 nd line is the one that can be copied and pasted
