May be it came with some other train then or it came with 12780 and 12779 went with some other GZB WAP7 or an offlink.
sometimes loco rests in the ELS and departs next day

Yeah sometimes Goa exp is also seen with Twin WAPs one loco is the link and second is a one coming or going to Bhusaval for POH.
