I Guess Vile Parle Station would be nearest to Airport,

So From Andheri Where Should i Get the Cabs/Auto ..? What Would be the Cost.?

For International Terminal Andheri shall be nearer from there you can take auto should make it to airport in 20-30 mins if in traffic max.Else can make it in 10-15 mins also.
If you have no more luggage you can well take metro from Andheri to Airport road.From there can take auto.Or coming from Panvel reach Ghatkopar and take metro to Airport road from there in 5-10 mins you can reach intl airport.
I travel to Int and domestic airport frequently.
For International terminal (T2), you have 3 options from Andheri - east- 1) direct Auto-rickshaw which will charge around 150 Rs -200 Rs without meter. No one will come with meter.
2) Get down Andheri-east and then walk towards vileparle direction (vehicle going towards vileparle), you will see one furniture shop on left hand side. (Google map location - 19.117912, 72.848125) From, there share auto-rickshaw goes - per person 20 Rs in peak hours and in non-peak hours - 15 rs)

Yes ,I think Andheri station is the nearest surboun station and You can take Metro from Andheri to Airport road.
Metro charge around 10rs per passenger from Andheri to Airport road.
