Dear SIR,
The below is related to premium train -
Suppose there are seats vacant ( ex 50 seats in 3rd ac) from a to b after chart preperation . as per rule it ( vacant)will be offered at current reservation counter.

This is applicable at all stations from where train has halt( commercial) or only at originating station?
b) the ticket fare will still be dynamic in nature with higher trend or they will offer it at the base rate?
