On 7th October, 2014; I found the following LHB coaches at Guwahati:
They were manufactured by RCF, Kapurthala. The thing that I noticed in these coaches were that it had neither Control Discharge Toilet System (CDTS) nor Bio-toilet system.

I think these coaches are for 15624/23 Kamakhya - BGKT - Kamakhya Express and 15655/56 Kamakhya - SVDK - Kamakhya Express.
