Fares of Train should be based on the speed with which a passenger travels.
If a passenger is travelling with an average speed of 65 km/hr, fare should not be equal to the passenger travelling by 45 km/hr. Even premium trains have average speed of 45 km/hr. Why should we pay more if we are not travelling fast.
